Customers will receive a full refund if they give us a minimum of 24 hours notice of a cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Please contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to tour departure. We are located at 12 Ash's Lane in Trinity.

Due to weather and whale movement, our time and place of departure may change. In the event of a change you will be notified prior to your trip and given more information. Departure changes may require you to drive to an alternate location, please ensure that you have access to a vehicle.

We require a minimum of four adults to run a trip. In the event that this does not occur, guests are given the option to go for half the time, or to pay the price of four to go for the full amount of time.

For safety reasons, we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 2 onboard. Additionally, pets are not permitted onboard.
